Sarah is a coach for women in midlife who find themselves asking: “Is this it?”, “Why do I feel like this?” or “There has got to be more to life than this.”

Sarah supports women to find clarity, fulfilment and renewed purpose. Confusion and overwhelm are completely normal, and her coaching helps you move towards greater clarity and contentment.

Hayley Berry

Hayley is an experienced pharmacist independent prescriber and a British Menopause Society registered menopause specialist. Her career has included community pharmacy, general practice and specialist menopause services, including four years within a large private menopause clinic.

She is passionate about helping women access clear, evidence-based information about menopause care. Her person-centred approach gives women time to explore their symptoms, treatment and lifestyle options, and develop an individual management plan through shared decision-making.

Alongside her clinical work, Hayley is Lead Learning Development Pharmacist at CPPE, University of Manchester. She contributed to the 2024 update of NICE guideline NG23 and is completing an Education Doctorate focused on improving menopause education for healthcare professionals.

Hayley lives in Manchester and enjoys walking, cycling, yoga, good food, theatre trips and exploring the UK in her campervan.
